For the State Investment and Development Company (SIRS), we created the website for the Czech National Exposition at EXPO REAL 2026, uniting the state, cities, regions, and private partners under a single national presentation at one of Europe's top real estate and investment fairs. It provides visitors with information about the exposition, participating organisations, the programme and specific opportunities that the Czech Republic offers. The entire solution was designed for an international audience, with an emphasis on quick orientation, a strong visual presentation and easy access to the most important information before and during the trade fair.

Information before and during the event

A countdown to the opening, the option to add the event to a calendar and up-to-date content during the trade fair keep the most important information within easy reach.

One place for the Czech national presentation

The main purpose of the website is to present Czechia’s joint participation at EXPO REAL in Munich and bring together the public sector, local authorities and private companies involved in the national exposition.

As soon as visitors arrive on the website, they can see the date and location of the trade fair, the location of the Czech stand and key information about the overall presentation. From the homepage, they can also quickly access partner profiles, the programme, information about the Czech Republic and practical details about the exposition.

Partners, projects and business opportunities

A significant part of the website is dedicated to presenting the partners involved in the Czech exposition. Each organisation has its own space to introduce its activities, projects and other information relevant to international investors and business partners.

The website goes beyond presentation alone. Visitors can submit a request for a personal meeting directly from the profile of a selected partner. The form provides the partner with the visitor’s contact details, company and the topic they would like to discuss during the meeting.

In this way, the website helps facilitate specific business contacts both before the trade fair and during the event itself.

A programme that adapts to the event

A dedicated programme section gives visitors a complete overview of what is happening at the Czech stand, divided by individual days of the trade fair.

Each programme item includes a time, title and speaker. Visitors can click through to a specific speaker profile or view additional information about the relevant session.

During the event, the website highlights what is currently taking place as well as what is coming up next. Visitors can therefore immediately see what is happening at the stand and what will follow.

Interactive map of the Czech exposition

To make navigation at the trade fair easier, we created an interactive map of the Czech exposition. Visitors can view the stand from several perspectives and use interactive points to explore individual zones and their purpose.

The map distinguishes between areas dedicated to individual exhibitors, shared presentation and networking spaces, and connections between different levels of the stand. Selected locations also show which partners can be found in each part of the exposition.

The digital map therefore connects the physical stand with the website and helps visitors quickly find a specific partner, meeting area or programme zone.

A website for both before the trade fair and on site

We designed the website to serve a purpose at several stages of the event.

Before the trade fair begins, it acts as the main information and presentation channel. Visitors can learn more about the exposition, explore the partners, view the programme, add the event to their calendar or request a meeting in advance.

During EXPO REAL, current programme information and navigation to the individual parts of the Czech exposition come to the forefront. The website is therefore not merely an invitation, but a practical digital guide throughout the event.

Why invest in Czechia

The website also presents the Czech Republic as an attractive destination for investment and development.

The content highlights points relevant to international investors and business partners and complements the presentation of the participating companies. As a result, the website does more than communicate individual projects — it helps create a consistent image of the Czech Republic as a promising investment destination.

Visual identity of the national presentation

The website features a clear visual hierarchy, bold typography and a distinctive colour palette. It follows the new unified visual identity for Czech public administration, which is used across a range of government websites.

The design works with visual elements associated with Czech statehood while remaining modern and suitable for presenting partners, the programme and practical information.

We also placed strong emphasis on simple navigation and quick access to the most important functions so that the website could be used comfortably on mobile devices directly during the trade fair.

Digital support for Czechia’s participation at EXPO REAL

The result is a website that combines a representative presentation of the Czech Republic with practical features designed for use directly during the trade fair.

Before travelling to Munich, visitors can explore the partners and programme, plan meetings and find key information about the Czech exposition. During the event, they can use the same website to quickly see what is happening, who is speaking and what is coming up next.

The Czech National Exposition thus gains a unified digital environment for presenting Czechia, helping visitors navigate the event and supporting the development of concrete business relationships.

We would like to thank SIRS Development for their trust and cooperation throughout this project.
