The services we provided
For VEZEKO, one of the leading Czech manufacturers of trailers and transport equipment, we designed and implemented the mobile PWA application QI SHOP as part of the digitalization of internal processes. The project was created in parallel with the creation of a new website and represents a separate, fully integrated solution for accelerating and improving the accuracy of order processing directly in the warehouse.
In the VEZEKO warehouse operation, there was a time-consuming manual entry of orders, rewriting product codes and manual entry of discounts. This process was not only slow, but also prone to errors and unnecessarily burdened the warehouse staff and cashiers.
Today, a warehouse worker at VEZEKO no longer has to run to the computer with paper in his hand. With the mobile application in his pocket, he simply creates orders directly in the warehouse by scanning the QR codes of individual physical products. Before he can reach the cash register, the system automatically prepares all the documentation for him, so he no longer has to stress about the tedious manual rewriting of codes. The completed order is then sent to the QI information system, operated by MELZER, with one click. Customers no longer have to wait long for the necessary paperwork to be completed, they leave with their goods almost immediately, and many are surprised at how quickly their purchase is processed.
