Our new FileHUB application, which we developed with the aim of effectively managing and organizing files, allows logged-in individuals assigned to user groups to edit folders or documents, search for information across files, and much more. Thanks to its deployment on the client's domain, it supports faster communication and the operation of the entire organization, and speeds up control processes in organized files.
Among other things, FileHUB offers the following functionalities:
Organizing files into directories
Allows users to sort and structure files according to their needs, similar to Google Drive, but with advanced rights management, which are divided according to user groups.
Uploading files
Files can be easily uploaded, both individually and in bulk or by "drag & drop" method.
Viewing and downloading files
Users can access files to which they have been granted permission, view them and easily download them.
Bulk download in ZIP format
Downloads multiple files at once in one compressed archive.
Delete files
Unnecessary files can be deleted at any time.
Moving files between directories
Users can easily move files within different folders.
Access control and activity tracking
The application automatically records all file operations, including who and how the file was manipulated, allowing for effective oversight and management.

The application can be fully used on mobile devices.

Thanks to the ability to search not only in names, but also in the content of files, information is easily and quickly accessible.

The application is separated from the public cloud, which ensures that the data remains fully under the control of the organization.
Our long-developed program does not only make life easier for us in the office, but we also offer it to clients. To get a better idea of the use of FileHUB, we can imagine employee Jacob municipal office, who use the system in their daily work when processing documents, preparing materials for council meetings, and communicating with colleagues. Previously, he had to go to the office for every change or document check, search for the necessary files in physical folders or wait for an e-mail response. Thanks to the FileHUB centralized storage, he has access to all important documents shared with him online at any time, whether he is working from the office or on the go. So Jacob no longer has to run around the office, because everything he needs is at hand in digital form with just a few clicks thanks to fast and remote access. Members of the council and assembly, divided into user groups, easily search for the necessary materials, securely update files and share their text changes.
